I'm the founder of PLOT realty. I have been working as a consultant for many big developers, and had helped thousands of clients founding their dream home. I graduated from UNSW and had an accountant backgound which enables me to understand clients financial needs and investment strategies.

My trilingual ability (English, Mandarin and Cantonese) had helped me to connect with people of all demographics and ages which is an enormous advantage in such a multicultural market. I also worked with Japanese and Australia relocation agents to provide leasing services to the corporate clients. I believe that it;s the people connection that make the business successful. Focusing on customers needs and preferences and tailoring the solution. Understanding the products and can effectively communicate their value to customers is crucial for both leasing and sales.
